Mindfulness in the Pure Land Path

Mindfulness, is a basic human ability to be fully present in the moment, awareness of where we are, what we are doing, and the reaction to what is going on around us. It is taking the time for what matters the most, us. Through Shinran Shōnin’s “Spiritual Model”, this seminar will attempt to investigate and consider the Practice of Nembutsu and the here and now through “Mindfulness.”
