You are invited to Mōʻiliʻili Hongwanji Sunday Service on November 2, 2025: BWA Hoonko Memorial Service.

The annual Buddhist Women’s Association (BWA) Hoonko is a memorial service for Shinran Shonin, the founder of Shin Buddhism.

A slideshow of the BWA centennial and activities, past & present, will be featured.

BWA members are asked to meet in the hondo (main temple hall) around 10:45 or 11:00 a.m.  A BWA meeting and installation of officers will follow.

Also this day, after service in the Social Hall (ground floor), is the Breakfast Fundraiser by the Dharma School.
